In 2011, Storychasers is extending invitations to several state-level organizations in Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma to formally partner with us. The terms of these partnership agreements are negotiable, but the general ideas are: - Organizations partnering with Storychasers can choose to either offer member discounts for workshops or retain a portion of workshop fees.
- Partnering organizations assist with marketing Storychaser workshops to their members, and identifying possible host sites for workshops.
- Storychasers coordinates the scheduling of workshops, ordering and delivery of workshop equipment for participants, training and certification of workshop lead as well as co-facilitators, billing and facilitator reimbursement. Storychasers maintains statewide learning community websites (on Ning) and coordinates moderation of each learning community (including submitted videos) utilizing trained Storychaser workshop facilitators in the state.
- Partner organizations may include their "badge" on the Storychaser learning community for the state, and include announcements for organizational events in Storychaser newsletters for learning community members.
