Generally Storychaser workshops are held in computer labs which are 3 years old or newer. Computer lab operating systems can be either Windows XP / Vista / 7 or Macintosh OS X. Wifi access for participant-provided laptops is preferred by not required. A 2 or 2.5 day workshop model can be selected by the workshop host, depending on scheduling availability. Ideally we like host sites to provide some participants for the workshop (in the case the site is a school) but this is not required. Computer labs must:

Technical SupportAll hosting sites must agree to provide an on-site technical support staff member to assist and facilitate participants for the duration of the workshop. This individual is required to be on-site and available as needed for the workshop, to assist with network issues, hardware issues, and software issues. Required Website WhitelistLab managers should verify the following websites are accessible on participant computers, USING THE GENERIC/PROVIDED GUEST LOGIN ACCOUNT prior to the workshop. If one or more is not accessible, the local computer network administrator must whitelist the following websites to permit full access by both participant computers as well as guest laptops brought by participants and/or facilitators:
